It is difficult to understand the published media and their fetish with gun control.  They even relate the events at Sandy Hook to the issue of the availability of guns, as if this was the motivation behind the actions of Adam Lanza.   How they derive cause and effect from what happened is never made clear.  Even Obama admitted that he could not see the relationship.  Neither can I.   For any adult in the world today (in whatever country) to believe that it is justifiable to take the lives of 6 year old children is beyond understanding and is so reprehensible and fraught with social sanction that it is beyond belief that the mere fact of the weapon being available caused the events to take place.  The media should be roundly and totally chastised for this blatant exploitation of the deaths of these children to further their own agenda (gun control).
